The Kodály Society of Ireland presents an exciting one-day event with an array of educational workshops led by internationally renowned guest presenters. Hungarian guest teacher Lilla Gábor leads two sessions on 'Musicianship Development through Musical Style: Renaissance to Contemporary', with an emphasis on ear-training and learning music musically. Albert Bradshaw explores fresh ideas for music teaching in 'Classroom Materials and Methods'. John O' Flynn discusses paths to Irish music in education, and Mary Nugent approaches musicianship development through the rich medium of Irish traditional music.
